No one should be able to profit from another person's name withoutthat person's permission. But in cyberspace, entrepreneurs can pay a$70 registration fee for a domain name and set up shop under someoneelse's name.

As explained by Sun-Times staffer Mark Brown last week,cybersquatting is the latest Internet scam that cries out forlegislation that could rein in this technological wonder.
